All Hazard Pre-Disaster Mitigation Planning Project
PLANNING GROUP

To facilitate HMP development, Hunterdon County developed a Steering Committee to provide guidance and direction to the planning effort, and to ensure the resulting document will be embraced both politically and by the constituency within the planning area.

The membership of the Steering Committee consisted of representatives from the following County Departments: Division of Emergency Management, Planning Department, Department of Public Works, Health Services, Project Administration, and Shared Services.

In addition, a Planning Committee was assembled to represent each of the municipalities participating in the HMP update, with one primary representative and an alternate point of contact from each of the 26 participating municipalities.
