Adult Protective Services
If someone you know is 18 years of age or older, living in the community and is the subject of abuse, neglect and/or exploitation contact Hunterdon County Adult Protective Services (APS).

Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC)
JACC is a State-funded program that provided a broad array of in-home and community-based services to individuals age 60 and older who meet clinical eligibility for nursing home level care and who desire to remain in their homes within the community.

Statewide Respite Care Program
The New Jersey Statewide Respite Care Program gives a short-term or periodic break to family (or other caregivers)from the demands of daily care for functionally impaired persons, including the frail elderly.

Medicaid Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) older then 60yrs.
MLTSS refers to the delivery of long-term services and supports through New Jersey Medicaid's NJ Family Care managed care program. Our office would help with screenings if you are over 60 years of age.

Certified/Non-Certified Homemaker-Home Health
Home Care services provide assistance to seniors and adults with permanent disabilities, enabling them to live in their own homes in the community with independence and dignity.

Financial Assistance for Emergency Services
Division of Social Work Services helps financially with some emergent services. Individuals would call or come in to apply for services.
