Division of Housing Administration Plan

The Hunterdon County Division of Housing is updating the Administration Plan and will be allowing public comment on the plan amendments for 45 days. The Division will host a virtual public hearing on March 1st, 2023 at 1 p.m. to discuss the plan updates. The link to attend the public hearing can be found on the Division of Housing website or see below.   The Administration Plan in its entirety will be available to view in person at the Hunterdon County Department of Human Services and online below.

The purpose of the Administration Plan is to outline how the program will be administered. The Administration Plan includes twenty chapters that discuss common terms, describe the opening of the waiting list for application, the application process as well as program rules. Since the last update to the Administration Plan Hunterdon County Division of Housing has increased the number of Housing Choice Vouchers it has and the types of vouchers it has.
