Fixed Facility Program

The Fixed Facility Plan provides medications for large Hunterdon County businesses to protect employees and their families in the event of a public health crisis. While the Health Division maintains a First Responder Plan providing medication to EMS, Fire, Police and other county first responders, the Fixed Facility Plan is targeted at Hunterdon County businesses and schools. Facilities enrolled in this Plan are eligible to receive medication for their staff and family members first, prior to medication being provided to the general public at community clinics.

This program is for emergency medication distribution, from the CDC National Stockpile, through the NJ DOH for county distribution through Health.

The Health Preparedness Division reports to the NJ Department of Health twice a year and takes updates from our partners whenever they occur via our FF-1 Registration Form (DOCX).

It was requested that the form be available on the website so new registrants or former registrants with updates have electronic access.

Completed forms are returned to Hunterdon County Health Preparedness Division.
