Hunterdon Behavioral Health provides high-quality, comprehensive mental health and addiction services. We diagnose, treat, and care for adolescents and adults with mental illness, emotional difficulties, or addiction. Our expert clinical staff is highly trained in treating individuals in need of psychiatric and psychological support or addiction treatment.
School-Based Youth Services- provides supportive counseling to students on-site in designated schools. Offers recreation activities when school is not in session.
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program- provides intensive therapeutic programming to adolescents, ages 13 to 18 (if still in high school), experiencing moderate to severe emotional and behavioral disturbances and/or substance abuse issues. The program can also be utilized to support those youth who are in recovery for substance dependency and eating disorder issues.
Outpatient Services- provides individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults. Most insurances are accepted.
Department of Psychiatry- psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, psycho-education, psychotherapy, child study team assessments and consults with physicians and clinicians.
