NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC) - serves children, adolescents, and young adults with emotional and behavioral health care challenges and their families; children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families; and alcohol/substance use solutions. PerformCare, the Contracted System Administrator for the CSOC, is the single point of entry to access services and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) - provides face-to-face crisis services within one hour of notification. The goal is to de-escalate the emotional or behavioral crises and keep your youth at home. Mobile response is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can offer up to eight weeks of stabilization services.
Tri-County Care Management Organization (CMO) for Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren- provides intensive care coordination of services for children ages 5 to 21, who demonstrate significant behavioral, development, or addiction challenges, are multi-system involved, and maybe at risk for out of home placement.
Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) - provides services for children and youth up to age 18 with applying for determination of eligibility for developmental disability services, family support services, and summer camp assistance.
