Have you wondered how we tap the trees to collect maple sap, or where the Echo Hill sugar bush is? Well, here’s your chance to find out! We will meet at the playground and walk to the sugar bush (a five- or ten-minute walk). You will learn how to identify a sugar maple and see a demonstration on how to tap a maple tree. Participants will collectively tap about 30 trees.
