Low Impact Aerobics (Onsite & Virtual)

Low-impact aerobics elevates the heart rate and improves circulation by getting your heart rate up slowly. This form of exercise causes less pressure on your joints than high-impact exercise. Join this wonderful class and get a complete workout!

You must submit a waiver to join this class.

Open to Hunterdon County residents age 60 and over who are enrolled members of the Senior Center. Free of charge. Seating limited. Sponsored by the Hunterdon County Division of Senior, Disabilities & Veterans Services.
