Class size: 8 boats

Have a hankering to enjoy a leisurely paddle and commune with nature, meet park staff in the Hoffman Park parking lot. The group will walk down to, paddle around, and enjoy the beautiful nature offered by Manny’s Pond. A short safety talk will be included. You can simply enjoy a paddle around the pond or staff will be offering a lesson on paddling techniques which will help when you practice maneuvering the craft on the water. Join some fun water games that will help you fine tune the strokes. This is a great opportunity to expose yourself, a youth, and/or friends and family to this exciting sport. Please mark on your Registration Form, your choice of a canoe (tandem or solo) or a solo kayak
