Stressed? Come breathe, relax, smell, and listen to the forest around you. Join Debra on a tranquil, relaxing, guided walk through the trees and let go of the stress created by our busy lifestyles. Part of the program will involve sitting and experiencing nature; if you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground, feel free to bring a folding chair or indicate on your registration form that you would like to borrow one.
