PAC – To provide professional expertise to the Hunterdon County Mental Health Board, provide technical assistance/review in the implementation and preparation of the Mental Health Plan and to serve as a supportive body to the Hunterdon County Mental Health Board PACADA - To advise the Board of County Commissioners on appropriate methods and techniques that can be used to prevent and treat alcoholism and drug abuse. The purpose will be served through the performance of research on alcoholism and drug abuse and related problems and through policy and program recommendation designed to address alcoholism, drug abuse and personal risk.
