Eastern Chipmunk (Tamias striatus)

Hiding in the brush is a chipmunk. They are generally five to six inches long with two tan and five blackish longitudinal stripes on their backs. They can fit three nuts or acorns in each of two pouches and an additional one or two nuts in their mouth.
